You can, usually any card works, also those online cards that most banks let you create for free. Also digital free banks like revolut or wise. Paypal doesn't work that's it. Visa should work. If it didn't work for you, try changing your country of residence to USA in your subscribestar account before trying to pay again. That worked for many people.
