But did I have to learn the massage with Karli before meeting Sofia to unlocked her path or it's not a prerequisite ?
Yes. It is a prerequisite. If you learn with Karli, you can see aditional scenes with Sofia. You need to let her alone during the night instead of helping her. If you keep doing this, in the last night you'll se a secret scene.
