Lynn here, a queer and disabled fellow creator. We were going to launch a bundle of queer and disabled books for Disability Pride month for a week starting tomorrow... well, now we're going to do it anyway and we're going to be LOUD AND ANGRY about it.
And we've all set our cost sharing with Itch to 0%, to see whether they notice how much of their creator community is standing in solidarity.
If they lose more money from their own people who are actively on their platform than they would from the bigots who wouldn't buy Itch-based games and books anyway, that's gotta at least be financial food for thought, even if the moral argument hasn't held water yet.
