Right wingers on average engage in more censorship. Get it from a guy who lives in a country that's currently ruled by a conservative party. Media is censored left and right just because it doesn't follow the arbitrary "religious values". (though it would seem that you have been groomed into believing the opposite... quite unfortunate).
Also just because you are right-wing and don't mind doesn't mean everyone is like that. It just means you are not as right-wing as you think you are.
I'm so far right that I'm disappointed with Trump. He's a centrist, not right wing.
As for censorship, it's absolutely done more often by the left wing. Protests, social media bans, forum bans, political correctness, narrative control, MSM propaganda. Book bans. The BIble is banned from schools. Harry Potter is protested against. I could go on.
But I've found lots of left-wingers use projection to attack the other side. Everything they do, they accuse conservatives of doing, and I think they even brainwash themselves into believing it.
Book bans?? BOOK BANS?? You wanna see how many books are banned from schools just because they were written by LGBT people, People of different race, etc. Their are conservative advocacy groups whose sole purpose is to censor the knowledge and you are concerned about one book which is read to you if you go to church. Their are literally voices of the people who are being cut-off but you are too concerned about this one book that boohoo kids can't read even though churches tell their story. It is actually mostly left-wing organisations who oppose the book ban.

You'll see so many people who are crying "woke" but the fact that they can say these awful things out in the open clearly shows that this word means nothing. There are no consequences for bigotry and what little consequences they do get, they are now "victims of a woke mob" and can now start grifting the right for even more money by starting a podcast. I work in a school and I've seen no shortage of queer and gender-related literature at the library.
Actually last summer while I was working on the computers I stopped to read a manga. It was one of the Blood series, and one character was the "1000 year old loli vampire" trope. She had a sex scene in the manga. Full nudity with a loli character in a high school library.
