No they haven't, thet have only deindexed them as of right now
But it looks like they might start to remove games like this as well.
They have completely removed some games, including Max the Elf by T-Hoodie, Unexpected by NR Productions, and A Simple Life with My Unobtrusive Sister by NLCH.
If you previously purchased any removed games, you also can't download them anymore.
