For now, every adult game has been deindexed. They've stated that this will keep being the case until they've finished an audit and implemented new measures so that they can keep their ability to use payment processors.

Terrible situation for a lot of devs, but not a lot Itch themselves can do but comply unfortunately. Bigger players than Itch have had to fold already. In theory there will still be NSFW content on Itch in the future, but just like Steam they'll have to remove content that doesn't comply with the all-mighty payment processors idea of morals. 

As far as I'm aware, Trouble iN The aRena complies with any such demands (Patreon implemented these kind of rules a long time ago and I've been keeping them in mind as I make the game, but I don't know the specific details of the demands on Itch), so this page/game should be fine in the long term.
But since it's such a massive audit that they have to do on short notice it's hard to feel completely sure.
