This is going to be a tough one. According to the announcement it's due to Visa and MasterCard making demands of them, and it's incredibly hard to fight payment processors. I hope that it gets smoothed over with Itch quickly.
PokéBreeder will probably be fine, may be pressed to make moderate changes to characters like Jirachi or Manaphy, but other things are gonna get obliterated.
