I understand, it's just a little bit difficult with the keyboard's press-button-to-go kinda controls, and they might be better suited for a controller, where the analogue controls allow for better maneuverability overall, if that makes sense. The issue I ran into most was that I found it difficult to even approach a light switch to turn it on since the character moves so fast with the touch of a button, this same issue would cause him to run headlong into the monster before I even saw him, which hardly felt fair. Maybe an option to walk slowly OR sprint with a quick-draining stamina bar (to keep the challenge up lol) might help make it feel at least a little more approachable. Once I reached the end of the hallway and was given the puzzle to solve, my dread didn't come from the scary monster, but rather from the knowledge that I had to navigate all around the building using those choppy controls. If that's the game functioning entirely as intended, then I can't really fault ya for it; in that case, it's a real game for real gamers and I'm just not up to snuff.

U can walk in the game, it's mentioned in the instructions on how to play (You can find it in the description of the game page or when u start the game, there's an arrow pointing to a book, press "E" on it). When u hold the right mouse button, u can move the camera left and right while walking slowly.

My bad. That definitely helps a whole lot.

No worries 😁
