It looks like the "NPC Editor" is no more a part of the new console menu, but it is still available by "The Old Console", trying to update a character from the NPCs' list leads to errors, then send back to the main menu; could you troubleshoot it and give it a place onto the new console menu ?
Also piercings and tatoos seem to be gone, I can't get any of those nor in the character creation menu, nor in the concerned shops
