I try to, only some of the characters get them, for example Karen in Sunkissed. But what is the alternative? Daz looks too artificial / smooth for my taste. And using classic 3D would make the resources gathering / creation 30x times slower.
I think cg and animation will look better if you used virt-a-mate especially since most scenes are few second loops.
