From what i found out

  • Fracture - unlocked by default
  • Basic Female Anatomy - become  (unlocked at the beginning or being hit by Venus)
  • Maternal Physiology - Unknown most likely not implemented need 4 unique pregnancy there is only 3 (blue ghost, blue maiden/broodmother, Harlequin)
  • Used to Feeling Full- unlock all nightmares Lab:Slugs. Squidrabbit(this 2 seems random) 
    • Lab:Slugs. Squidrabbit(this 2 seems random) 
    • Forest:unprotected Lilith pick up
    • Meat Dimension: Unprotected portal travel(Site Zeta or Lab) 
    • Hive:Manor basement without light
  • Persistent Memory:Manor mirror swicth with Jessica 3 times
  • Fertilty Imprint: Perfect Festival of Life
  • Childbearing Hips: Hit by the Squidbunny
  • Prominent Thigh Gap:Not cleansed Squidbunny for a few day
  •  Enviromental Factors: Eat 3 Bloodspore
  • Theoretical Esreogen-Laced Cookies: Eat Karis breakfast for a 5 day

4 unique pregnancies: Blue Ghost, Blue Maiden, Perfect Maiden (Festival of Life), Harlequin.

Btw, What is Harlequin? It's been many updates since I played, and that one doesn't sound familiar...

The Perfect Maiden counts as a pregnancy? 

I got the womb tattoo from it  or i just missed (i got the venus jumpscare though)

The Harlequin can be summoned in the Dreamhouse dark room (as far as I know it does not spawn naturally)

Ahh, that's why I'm not familiar with the Harlequin (other than Unnie's mention of it months ago).

And yes, but no... If you do the rain dance in the forest correctly with your PC exactly matching the school library's description of the "perfect maiden", the result is, well you should just see it yourself

There's an example of it in Unnie's Extra game btw.

I thought the rain dance only has 2 outcome the small rain with the staff 

and the heavy rain with:

  • blue eyes 
  • blonde hair
  • cursed dress
  • the size check with the groping perv tree (milk tank chest and perfect absuletly perfect hips)

the heavy rain is doable either with shroom colored hair/eyes or with the Site Zeta Malice (size adjustment needed)


the heavy rain will spawn a venus if you are a male/unwidowed, tried to avoid the blue maidens in the frostland with the unwidow but it did not worked

I dont know what i missed for the pregnancy one (cheeky hidden text input?)

Heavy rain route + these sizes 

Bust Size: G
Hips:42

There is a measuring tape stuck on of the trees that needs some chopping

The Forest Mother is very picky about sizes
