aye it was during the animation. Yes I try it second time and even started new game it still wont get pass the bartender going into bathroom talking to her while she blowing some dude it looks like never ending loop it wont progress pass that point.

You can try a couple of things...
-Download again the game in case your file got corrupted (keep the save and import it so you don't have to play the game again).
-Update your drivers.
-Turn off your antivirus (game is safe, you can scan it with VirusTotal, but sometimes certain antivirus softwares can create problems).
-Do you have enough RAM? Is your PC strong enough?
