Originally I was planning on having a lot of fun with this drug in ways similar to what you propose. But then other devs warned me that I could get demonetized on a lot of platforms as this would be seen as non-consensual and even just a date rape drug. That was not my intent, so I decided not to risk it and I went a different direction.
The sequel (The Libido Enigma II: Fountain of Youth) does in fact deal with a side-effect of the drug. I recently released Chapter 2. At some point I will put it on itch. Itch just has been a distant third or fourth in interest, so it's not much of a priority. Steam and Patreon are doing great for me, but for some reason itch has been a total dud.
