The toggle switches are flipped left-to-right, with left sending the airplanes down, and right sending the airplanes up. The toggle switch was meant to be a little tricky, but I think it turned out a bit too unintuitive.
After the jam judging window ends, we plan on making a small update to fix a few things; this will be one of them!
