Thx for the thing with the Pill, and for the Melissa part, on the Chart with all Quests Melissas are red, ill put a Screenshot here aswell so u can maybe see what i mean.
You either should be able to give the agent the mission to retrieve the data, or you already did and it is in your locker in school
