Also not sure if bug or intended (if intended these items are just plain bad). All items that give "passive" +Block only give it until your first block. It's not passive block like the 25% from Angel. So all the items that give like +5% block, +10% block etc. You get that for a single block, then that item is just cosmetic. If they actually did give passive block, a lot of the numbers would need to be tuned down. But at least they'd do *something*. Currently there are a lot of items that combined use like 3-4 slots to give you a single block per fight. Then do nothing for the rest of the fight.
