I have the same issue.
Specs:
Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit
i7 2600
16GB DDR3
ASUS GTX 660Ti 2GB (with a frankly ridiculous OC that makes it benchmark faster than a GTX 960 - I got lucky with the card I think)
