One thing I have to note is that the default difficulties for skills are way too big. Also, combat takes too long due to attacks doing too little damage, and hitting being too hard, along with the formula for defenses making it too easy to raise them to 30+ (perhaps add attributes instead of multiplying?)

Hello! Thanks for the message, sorry for getting back so late!
I'm currently working on a redux to the combat system, I didn't think the hex grid system did what I was hoping it would do, and I'm trying to think of ways to modify it to make it more...amenable to gritty, realistic medieval combat. And...yeah, I don't think the hex grid did what I wanted it to do. My combat designer (Cole) is getting prodded to find a new system for it, but haven't gotten something workable.
But those are also good for going forward—I need to really sit down and work on it! I've been busy with classes ;w;
I swear I'll make it good!
