About the juice factory, I have no idea. Have you tried without any mods, to see if the problem persists? Obviously, when I uploaded the map, all was tested and working, so even if there are errors, nothing so grave like you mentioned...
Must be a mod conflict of sorts. Try playing without other production mods. There are plenty on my edit. The other mods, shouldn't affect productions, but who knows which one causes it. I have 300+ mods in my play and no problem.
