I'm having this exact same problem. I was able to defeat him by Ignoring the errors, but that means that my character was basically removed from the fight. I dont get to know what happens if he succumbs to lust :(
Idk if it's cuz I'm using an old save of if there's something else that caused this that I could be avoiding, hope we find out cuz I wanna see what happens and I'm too under leveled to win, even spamming my absurd healing potions and a few bombs.
