I have no idea. The screenshots sent I took them right now. Do you have the update from today installed? If yes, must be a mod conflict of sorts... It should work.
Mod conflict. I had this problem too. These mods caused it: Additional Filltypes, BioPlastics Factory, and Rice Harvest Mod. All on ModHub. If you're using them, check them out. But there may also be other mods not listed here that cause it.
One reason would be too many fillTypes on my map. Is intended to be self sufficient, to have all the production needed for the crops. And the game is limited way much. I had to add a script for extending how many filtypes are in.
