I have managed to exit the house about 5 times and got a game over screen every time because the entity kills me during the ending dialogue. When I'm trying to read the ending dialogue the entity music plays in the background and eventually the entity kills me before I can finish the dialogue to beat the game and get the "You Died" screen prompting me to restart. I have tried restarting numerous times from the checkpoint or even restarting the game itself from the beginning but the ending is always the same result. Sometimes it takes a while to kill me giving me a chance to read more of the ending dialogue, but I have yet to make it completely to the end before I get a death screen which covers the screen. I've even managed to close the door behind me before the ending dialogue starts but I think the entity is reopening it still to kill me.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with this bug, I identified it in the test in the first version. And I released the fix for the second one. Well at least that's what I thought from your report, the entity keeps spawning even after the end. I will check this bug and further refine the ending to fix it.
