Great interpretation of the theme. Some fun mechanics related to growing units, as opposed to whole armies. This might warrant some playtesting (if it hasn't been done already) to make sure everything plays as intended, but I think I see the vision, & I like it!

I thought about pricing the Heroes and one model units at 150% instead of 200% but they do make a world of difference in the early game. Looking back I would price the Tough(3) Heroes at 150% so they see more use.
