On PC, you can delete the old version and download the new one without losing your save files. However, on Android, doing this might delete all of your saves. Please be careful.

- You can make love with Lana by skipping 5+ days of school.
- find Asami event at the gym. If your strength is high enough, you can dominate her and then follow her to the bathroom.
- yep, the option to seduce Natsumi's mother will pop up when you meet her in Natsumi's storyline. But to talk to her outside of events, you'll have to wait for an update.

Appreciate your interest! Sakura's content is coming in update 0.4, but it's still a work in progress. For other side characters, there's no definite version yet. I might open a poll for all side character content follower like to see first.
