you need red conpeito (demon shop in sunny day) and milk. choose "Drink something" and give her red conpeito with milk. Efter that you'll have a chance to trigger this event
Where can I find it?
On sunny day you need to find demon shop (somewhere at forest part of the map) and use gacha mashine to get conpeito (red, blue or green)
