Я починил, что бы всё заработало надо убрать всю кириллицу по пути сохранения модов
В лаунчере заходишь в настройки > locations > change data folder ставишь папку без кириллицы(русских букв). После этого у меня всё заработало как надо.

I fixed it. For everything to work, you need to remove all Cyrillic characters from the mods' save path.
In the launcher, go to Settings > Locations > Change Data Folder and set a folder without Cyrillic (Russian letters). After that, everything started working properly
