Not sure if its a mod conflict on my end but teddered grass doesn't become hay
I will check that tonight and see if i can see the problem.
from what i can tell the tedding of hay is working on my end. might want to check your mods.
I did some research and its something to do with the Realistic weather mod that wont allow it, I turned off the mod and it worked fine
