Just finished Aloners and wow—what a beautifully written, emotionally satisfying slow burn. Trash felt so real and layered, and I genuinely loved the intimacy that built up over time. That said... after investing all that energy into emotionally cracking him open, I have to admit I was a little heartbroken that we only got one NSFW scene.
I’m not asking for wild, gratuitous stuff—but after everything we’ve been through together, a bit more physical tenderness (especially at the end when they’re finally safe) would have made the journey feel more complete. Emotional intimacy and physical intimacy go hand in hand, and it felt like we were just getting started when the credits rolled 😅
Anyway—still loved the experience! Just had to speak up for those of us who like our quiet intimacy with a touch more... follow-through😏
