Do you lose any story content by choosing the easy or medium difficulty mode?

Basicallly no, and you will need to levelup more with girls in order to see sex scenes. so basically some more talks to get to know them and ansering questions about girls where with correct answe they levelup has more meaning. (every character has at least 3 levelup questions by default, unlocked with progression)
