I pre ordered this game and I only have access to the demo

What is a pre-order? If it was less than the amount the game is being sold for, then you won't have access.

When the game was still a demo yyou had the option to purchase the game and i did thinking I would get the full game when you finished everything. The day you announced you were finished I tried to download the game and I couldn't. If you want I can show you a screenshot of the order along with the date of purchase.

Ok so I sent the pic but it's acting weird it sent a weird but if you hold the image it should give you the option to view as intended.
