does anyone know what dictates if npc is okay with being filmed or not? i cant seem to figure what inclination makes them more open to being filmed
If they have Exhibitionist, they will definitely be down for it. If they have Slut, they might let you, but won't be happy about it.
im playing a world seed where everyone is exhibitionist and ive been mixing in things like the slut and the confident inclinations to no consistent avail :/
