Never mind, I was able to recover the majority of my save by using a quick load. Only lost a few days of progress because I hadn't quick saved in a few. Leaving this up for anybody who makes the save mistake I did.
The game also auto saves for you rather frequently. In the save/load menus, the "A" option next to the page numbers has all of your auto saves, while the "Q" option has all of your quick saves, in case you need to go back further than your most recent quick save.
