I'm on PC. I only have the save from 0.26.
Then you just need to proceed with your save and keep playing, what was the last quest you completed?
I went all the way through the quests I believe. None of the caracters seem to trigger any more content it seems. Even with the girls, the only options I have is to send them to work at the brothel or "spend time"..
