My run got soft locked, I had healers who were healing a building attacked by monsters while my tower and guards sat idle. 

I think the two big issues with the game are minion ai and building movement. 

What your minions do is probably the most key part to surviving a wave and it feels random/buggy. If your minions get pulled over to one side while completely ignoring the other side that can spell disaster. It isn't clear why this happens or how to prevent this. The order that monsters arrive isn't communicated. 

Moving all of the buildings before the next wave is time consuming. It slows down the game.
