Don't worry about sounding like a nerd (I am one too). As far as I've understood, this game was meant to border on the more extreme "tastes" and all of what you've mentioned are themes that aren't at all that uncommon in hentai and other pornographic fiction. They are themes that I for one can be interested in (other than ntr actually) when knowing it's fiction. When I think about it happening irl however I get truly naucious.
