Hi, I'm Varvara (or ViVi, if that's easier)!
I'm looking for a project to work on as a translator. I don't mind if the work is unpaid, because I'm more interested in gaining experience (to have smth to put in my resume) and getting into localization work in general.
I'm a native Russian speaker, so my priority is, of course, to work on ??>RU translations. Though, since I study Linguistics in uni (graduating in 2026), I know a couple of other languages.
All in all, I can work with these:
- Russian (native)
- English (C1)
- Spanish (B2 or smth like that)
I also study Chinese in uni, but I'm barely A2 in it (but who knows, I've worked with it a bit, and I can manage if necessary, I guess).
❗❗ IMPORTANT ❗❗
Discord is kind of blocked in Russia (as far as I know), so I can access it only through the use of VPN—and you know how tricky VPN can be sometimes. So there's a possibility that I'll have troubles with the access to it :(
But if that's not a problem and we can contact each other elsewhere, it'll be great!
