I see, is it just the dialogue that changes or is there a difference in a scene later on? I'm asking since I tried out both up until after Hilda's surgery and there was no difference other than the dialogue right after the choice
Also to answer your question above: No extra scene involved in that one as it got scrapped. Chapter two and chapter three have choices for Hilda that will significantly change her story.
