If it's too low it under steers something terrible. If you drive at reasonable speeds it's fine in my experience. What are you doing with it that it's so tippy?
Just running it around as a service and (loaded) fuel truck with the new beds. Not driving it too hard either. Once I cut the center of gravity in half it's been really stable. I didn't test it with the old beds though.
