Even though it's a well known concept, this game does Runescape's gameplay in a fun and silly way! There's a lot of controls and actions and things to explore. It does suffer from some bits of jank, but the most severe issue - aside from freezing on browser - was not being able to pick items up at all despite trying all of the known controls. I wasn't able to progress as a result, even with level ups from fist combat.

If I was able to pick up items, I think that the rest of the game would be balanced...? There was the one boss that was extremely powerful, but the rest seemed manageable with the right tier of equipment.

The visuals have a good combination of being really well polished and being silly & fun. The HUD looks nice, even if the text wraps weirdly on the buttons. The skill icons are also fun - and Hitpoints has a clever design! The character style especially helps with the silly aspect, on the other hand. There are some HUD items that are difficult to read, mainly including the Faith items for some reason (perhaps due to similar colors?). Otherwise, the explosion effect, the silly signs, and the like are good details to add in as well!

The audio fills in the air nicely. The music has a good variety, and it's fun to listen to! Remixes from both of the source materials is a pleasant surprise. I would be curious about what's currently playing, so a "now playing" in the Music menu would be helpful - or a way to keep the text up in the main game panel.

Dialogues are written well in the same silly manner, and we get a few mentions of kisses at silly, cute times. Combined with the good callback to Cirno's Renovation Service, I enjoyed reading them!

Overall, despite the rough edges, it was a fun experience all the same! It's not often that I get this without diving into the enormity and MMO-isms of Runescape proper.

Also, I concur about the Santa hat, hehehe.

Also also, the fire skill name was amazing.

dang hoped the browser issue was just a one off. regardless the pickups are in the uhh.. pickups menu. not quite intuitive but yea thats where they be.

the scope was quite big, so theres definitely just some "features".. either way gg

Oh, interesting! I must have blinded that menu somehow... @.@

In that case, that expands the game a lot for me! The books have some fun writings, and there's more that I can do with the different weapon classes. Some of the items (especially the high-tier metal one) add really well to the funny Runescape references, too - as do even subtle details like the experience goals per level.

I've been noticing the minimap details as well while playing again. Even the explosion effect appears, which gave me a good laugh.

Thank you for making this! ^.^
