The reason why they weren't actually in the game is similar to the reason why Coka, Peppie, and ANIMUS weren't in the game.

look at the Sprunki Pyramixed wiki, you'll see that Pyramix made them (Glix and Medio)

Btw there are official in-game pictures for both of them

that isnt the offical wiki

But pyramix helps a lot in it
