So far, I am really enjoying this AVN. I loathe to call them games. Sure some have game elements, but most are really graphic novels with sex and a lot more dialogue. AVN should have it's own main menu category, with different  types listed in a sub menu. But I digress.

DotD is a lot of fun, story wise. In searching for a lost friend, 5 witches accidently summon a demon who ends up binding to the emotionally messed up group of women. Now he has to figure out how to survive in a new reality while protecting the women he is binded to. Together, they have go on a journey of discovering the lost truth of the relationship between demons and witches, and how to make things better for all.
Sounds corny right?
It isn't, even a little bit. The story is really engaging with a some history and lore sprinkled in. The characters are unique individuals with their own back stories and trauma. Their personalities are very well defined early on. The dialogue is very well done for each of those personalities.

The visuals are extremely well done with plenty of lewdness throughout the telling so far. The character models are very well done, and the scene images are original works from what I can tell. A lot of AVNs  reuse a lot of locations and backdrop models that are the same between them. But a lot of what I saw in DotD is not models used in other AVNs. Purplexel did a good job of bringing the reader into this little town.

Even though the MC is a really good guy for these girls, I also enjoy the little elements of discipline that are sprinkled in, and hope that purplexel includes more in the future. I'll understand if it doesn't fit the story, just my kinky 2 cents.

Overall I am giving this 5 stars ( I actually hate having to rate a game so early on). Even though this is a very young story in terms of story progression, it has a fair bit of content, and I see a lot of great possibilities for this work. It has the foundation for a great work of art.
