The current build that will become version 2.0 now has both the All In Feature and a setting under preferences to toggle the deal speed. It has normal, fast (which is x2), and instant (which isn't actually instant but is at x10) the result of the faster speeds is you don't always get the card deal sound. But I feel like that might be fine.
