Was this on Casual Mode after retrying the Labyrinth? Did the boss jump from the usual spot to the spot in your picture? I will need a few more details so I can try and recreate this one.
I never died, when I reach this cutscene at level 5, nothing happen, I press all buttons and they do nothing, but the music still plays in the background.
