Are you playing on Browser, Windows, Android, Mac or Linux?
That happend to me too, answerning you I was playing at Windows
Playing standalone Windows or web browser on Windows?
You guys also have to provide me the steps to reproduce the bug or I'm going to have a hard time fixing it.
In standalone windows, the bug occurred when I selected the option to confess love to Mai. But when I restarted the save, it was resolved.
