Hey there! I've experienced this bug myself and kept playing like that for some time because nothing seemed to fix it... But I found a solution that worked for me twice.

Go to the Twilight map (where you decide to go to either the goblin camp or tower and so on) --> In the Twilight, go across the bridge and down to the icon of what looks like a city. It looks like a square with a wall and around it there are some mounts or hills or graves (i dunno what's it suppose to represent yet). --> When you go there, your character will get a prompt that there is some magical barrier blocking his path. But that message should turn your character to the left and unstuck it.
