The grocery level is STUPID difficult - you have to make out American brands of food in a low quality pixelated photo of a supermarket, and the list doesn't even update, so you have to remember which items you already picked up. The food you need to find also blends into the other products, so you have to click every pixel. I got legit stuck on it, and can't progress :(
