it's been fixed, since like 12 hours after the beta was out all the way back in November. This bug only happens, that I've seen, from folks who're still playing pirated versions of the Beta.
Get the official version and you won't have this issue, if you transfer your save and still have the issue, use the debug option in the phone to fix it
