you have to make a discord server, to keep us updated about a game, and maybe make a little community

Here is the most recent update:

https://itch.io/blog/974694/teaser-cruise-quest-a-new-game-in-development

I avoid making a community and or a discord server because moderating / maintaining it consumes time I rather put in the games instead (I already have so little each day)

Why don't you chose someone to moderate/maintain the communities? You could choose a fan. In exchange, he would recieve some benefits, like early access to game, or a discount, or like access to the development, idk.  I think the fanbase would appreciate that a lot.

That's would also require me to spend time looking for one, moderating that mod, and making sure he wont leave.

But hopefully some fan will make a fan discord for the games and then I won't have any responsibility over it, hehe
