Dam, you crazy. The lockpick costing 9999 means that you're not supposed to even buy it because there's simply no gameplay for it yet.
You just wasted all that money.
Actually u can own those items with "special" method if u got some IT skills~
And RenPy games are quite predictable😅
It's not in the features yet , It's been said all shop items with the value of 9999$ are not functional yet
It's not released in the game. nothing marked 9999 costs are in the game yet except for the camera, which you do a quest to get at a better low price.
