-for power balance, i did balancing each update you can check on update patch notes, the trio enemies are doable, you just need to know the strat, first you need to kill the nagas immidiately then the wolf as they are the most damaging enemies and krosch can not tank their attacks since he is weak to Dark element attacks, the rhino is just tanky you can kill him the last, and the rhino is x4 weak to water attacks. there is no intention of nerfing the trios for now.
-as for follower level its following your current level -1, it had nothing to do with level cap
